When i think of Martine Sitbons work i think of cult movies,black cherries, merry go rounds, dolls, childrens books, all that is dark seductive and imagination fuelled. I was just looking at her spring summer 2009 collection for Rue du Mail, which she started in 2006 after finishing her own label in 2004, when i remembered i had bought "A Magazine" curated by her when i was in Barcalona. I'm to lazy to go upstairs to get it but if you just google "A magazine" curated by etc you will find it. A REALLY good magazine that gives you a great insight into her world and why today she is such an acclaimed cult designer.Other curators have been Yohji Yamamoto, Maison Martin Margiela and Haider Ackermann...to name a few,enjoy.
